*Note: Many fight depression, anxiety and bipolar conditions just to name a few on a daily bases. Mental health is a major issue for many on a good day, however with the Covid-19 quarantine it is even harder for some to deal with it. Even those without issues are finding it difficult to be isolated. If you know someone who might be struggling reach out, you don’t need to give advise, just let them know they aren’t alone. Religion like politics is considered taboo in group conversation. We may all have different ways of who (the One has many names) and how we worship. However the common denominator is to respect, help and love one another. Even if you aren’t a believer, I would hope that these three things are something you practice.
We lost Bill Withers this week, this song is one of my favorites he sang. It carries an inspirational message, we can reach out to one another, no matter where we live on this planet that we share.

According to the Encyclopedia of World Religions Sufis believe that: “the human spirit being a direct emanation from the divine Command, is therefore an emanation of God himself, and could find its highest aim only in the obliteration of its illusory selfhood and absorption into the Eternal Reality.
